Ghanaian entrepreneur Ibrahim Mahama has established himself as one of the most successful businessmen in the country. He has founded several companies, including the well-known Dzata Cement. While he continues to make significant strides in business, Mahama is also recognized as a lifelong enthusiast of cars and motorcycles. Unlike the common trend in Ghana, where successful individuals gravitate toward the soft-ride luxury of Rolls-Royces and Mercedes-Maybachs, his collection leans toward raw performance and bespoke engineering.
Among his prized vehicles is the limited-edition Lamborghini Aventador SV. When it debuted in 2015, it carried a U.S. sticker price of $493,095. Today, well-maintained SV coupes trade for around $548,800 on the secondary market.

He also owns a one-of-a-kind Porsche 992 Turbo S, which initially cost $230,400. After receiving MTM’s $47,999 twin-turbo upgrade, the build price rose to approximately $278,400. These 910-horsepower monsters are rare and a sight for sore eyes.

Next up is his MTM-tuned Audi RS 6 Avant, which originally started at $127,895 for the Performance trim. With MTM’s $43,599 Stage 4 ECU conversion, the total investment climbed to about $171,500. Examples of this 1,001-horsepower wagon now sell for around €209,950 ($230,000).

His well-known Brabus SL 600 had an initial price tag of approximately $129,270, including gas-guzzler duties. Today, 2004–2006 SL 600 Brabus SV12 models trade between $43,554 and $69,534, depending on mileage and condition.

Perhaps the crown jewel of his collection is the Mercedes-Benz G 63 AMG 6×6. When it debuted in 2013, it had a sticker price of nearly €379,000 (around $511,000). Today, even the least expensive examples sell for well over $1,100,000 at auction.

From Lamborghini’s SuperVeloce ‘SV’ to full-tilt six-wheel G-Wagons, Mahama’s taste is clear he values power, precision, and the bold spirit of custom engineering. These cars are just a few highlights in a lifelong pursuit of speed and automotive excellence.
Beyond these extraordinary vehicles, his broader garage includes high-performance motorcycles and rare cars, reflecting a passion that extends across all corners of the automotive world. His workshop often hums with the sound of engineers fine-tuning each engine, ensuring that every vehicle not only looks stunning but performs at its absolute peak.
He’s a true role model to us all pushing boundaries and inspiring a new wave of automotive passion in Ghana. As an enthusiast, my dream car has always been the 911 Turbo S, and it would mean the world to me to one day feel what 900 horsepower really feels like through you. That experience, kind courtesy of you, would be a dream come true.
