Multiple cars have been damaged by a tipper truck after it failed to brake and veered off its lane, crashing into oncoming vehicles at Anloga junction. The truck was reportedly on its way to the Oforikrom Roundabout in the Ashanti Region.
The truck, which was carrying a load of heavy sacks, reportedly lost control of its brakes as it barrelled down the road. Eventually, it crashed into several cars, leaving some utterly damaged.
The truck finally overturned, spilling the sacks of goods it carried on the roadside. Fortunately, no fatalities have been reported. However, drivers and passengers were left in panic and fear for their lives and their properties.
The damaged cars have since been towed to ease traffic congestion on the road.
